Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty – All Dogtown Tarot Card Locations

Cyberpunk 2077 has hours of gameplay, including combat, hacking, romance, and collectibles. While many missions, side quests, and gigs are action-packed, certain achievements have much lower stakes. For example, graffiti vandals are running around Night City spray-painting various tarot cards, and V is tasked to find and scan all the artwork.

The Phantom Liberty DLC for Cyberpunk 2077 includes an explorable area called Dogtown, which has its own graffiti problems. The side quest Tomorrow Never Knows requires players to hunt down four new tarot cards. Dogtown has all sorts of nooks and crannies, so this guide has all the locations of the tarot cards.

King of Cups

The first card that players will come across if they are focusing on the Phantom Liberty main story is the King of Cups, although they might not notice it when they first enter the area. Songbird will call V and ask them to visit the Dogtown entrance near the Petrochem Stadium.

When first approaching the gate, players will notice it is heavily guarded. They do not need to approach the guards to find the tarot card graffiti, so things shouldn’t get hostile with them unless provoked. The graffiti is on the stone wall next to the trash can and before the path to the right where Songbird first appears to V.

Players must scan the graffiti tarot cards to log them as part of the Tomorrow Never Knows side job.

King of Pentacles

The King of Pentacles is the second card available in the DLC. Players must make it through the opening missions Dog Eat Dog, Hole in the Sky, and Spider and the Fly before they can find the King of Pentacles.

After defeating the Chimera, President Myers and V will go to a safe house. The graffiti tarot is on the hallway wall next to a group of lockers as players walk towards the door for the Hideout. If players miss it, they can return to the Hideout easily using the Kress Street fast travel terminal.

King of Wards

Again, if players follow along the main quest line, they will find the King of Wards naturally. At the end of Lucretia My Reflection, V is sent to a Basketball Court to find Solomon Reed. Players will know they’re in the right place if they see a giant spherical structure across the way.

From the top of the stone bleachers, players will see a staircase with the King of Wards on it. If visiting during the Lucretia My Reflection mission, scan the card before sitting next to Johnny to avoid triggering the next steps of the mission.

King of Swords

The King of Swords is the most hidden graffiti tarot card in Dogtown. Players must go to the Longshore Stacks area, a bustling strip with shops, bars, and more. The tarot card is on the back side entrance of The Moth.

The Moth is an upstairs bar that players will see directly across from the fast travel terminal in the red building. At the bottom of the staircase to The Moth, go past the white storage boxes under the metal awning. Keep going back until there’s a short stone staircase leading to the door and a surveillance camera; the King of Swords is against the wall by the door.

Talk to Misty

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty Tarot

After finding and scanning all the Dogtown tarot cards, the Tomorrow Never Knows mission will be complete once players talk to Misty. Misty, of course, is not in Dogtown, so players must go to the Northside of Night City.

Players will find Misty at her shop, Misty’s Esoterica, in the Watson area near the Bradbury & Buran fast travel terminal. Talk to Misty once inside and describe the tarot cards, and Tomorrow Never Knows will be complete after finishing up with her.

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is available for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
